Making a pasta salad since we decided to do mother's day BBQ today instead of tomorrow.
16 oz pasta
1 cup mayo
1/2 head of raw broccoli
1/2 onion, preferably purple but all I had was yellow
3 mini bell peppers or one one big one. I was going for color and had these.
1 tomato
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp Dill
A splash of vinegar
Cook and drain pasta.
Chop up the veggies into fairly medium to small bites. Add everything together and mix well. Adjust taste.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
The garlic, dill and peppers came from our garden. Don't have any broccoli planted yet but hopefully soon
